There is always a fun adventures to be had with your Brave Trails family! We are also excited to add online programing such as identity troops, online activites, and leadership workshops!

All LGBTQ+ youth and allies, ages 11-18, are welcome to join us, whether you’ve been at camp or not. Come make frineds, meet awesome LGBTQ mentors, and be exactly who you are.

Mentorship Program

Yearround Staff-to-Camp Mentoring

Brave Trails mentorship program is designed to continue the special and important bonds that campers and staff members create while at camp. We know that many of our campers do not have access to supportive and affirming adults in their communities. As such, having a mentor who they trust to guide them through life is life changing and in some cases, lifesaving.

Mentors have the honor of guiding, supporting, and further developing their camper in their leadership process. At the end of the year, the pair will execute a leadership project that they spent the year planning. Click the button below to see some examples of how mentorship matches are changing the world!

“Before I met my mentor, I had never met a transgender person that lived to be older than 25. My mentor gave me a future I never knew I could have”
