11:30-12pm: Camp staff will be at the entrance waiting for your arrival and to get you checked in.

12:00pm: Lunch! We'll be enjoying an All-You-Can-Eat Taco Bar, plus unlimited beverages. Lunch is included in your ticket price and includes a wide variety of items to ensure that everyone is fully fed! There will be protein options for all dietary types, as well as simple cheese quesadillas for folks who prefer that vibe.

At lunch, we'll be introducing ourselves to each other and get ready for our day!

12:30-3:00pm: Enjoy the attractions! Go around with old friends or make some new ones and enjoy all the venue has to offer! Try some virtual reality games, check out the arcade, try your luck in the escape room, check out the outer space simulator and more!

3:00pm: Goodbye and announcements! Say goodbye to your friends and listen up for some exciting announcements about upcoming Brave Trails programs!

12:00pm – Arrival & Check-In
Camp staff will be waiting at the entrance to greet you and get you checked in.
Waivers must be signed prior to the event or upon arrival, so make sure a parent or guardian completes it ahead of time. Waivers will be sent after registration.

12:15pm – Lunch & Connection Time
Enjoy a pizza buffet with drinks (water, soda, juice).
If you have dietary restrictions, please let us know in advance so we can make sure you’re covered!
We’ll also do introductions and some fun icebreakers to kick off the day.

1:00pm – Arcade, Laser Tag, and VR Fun!
From 1:00 to 3:00pm, enjoy two full hours of unlimited arcade games, plus access to laser tag and virtual reality attractions. Go explore with friends new and old!

3:00pm – Goodbye & Announcements
We’ll wrap up the day with some closing announcements about upcoming Brave Trails programs and say our goodbyes.
